Stop eating so much carbs, breads, starches for a few weeks and drink plenty of water. Eat things like burgers with no buns, all the toppings and cheese off of the pizza (don't eat the dough). It will help so much and you will be less hungry because your actual stomach will need less food to feel full.

You probably not gonna like this answer but ( count calories ) we all consuming more calories then we think. However if you keep track of how many calories you eat, you will know definitely and no more guessing. After you figure out how many you're eating w/out and burn more than that number = weight loss. I no you said no gym but you can walk, ride bike, garden, it doesn't have to be strenuous just watch your calorie .Good- Luck!!!

What you eat is 80% of fat loss. Plenty of people are able to drop excess pounds without ever exercising at all (although exercise is a good idea, even if only for general health/fitness).

Eat a healthy, well balanced diet.

Losing weight is EASY. Stop eating so many calories per day. It is THAT SIMPLE. Eat whatever you want...just STOP at the daily limit. 1200-1500 calories a day. Less if you can manage to NOT BE HUNGRY. You do not need to exercise and you don't have to eat special foods or foods you don't like...there should be NO CRAVINGS for anything. Eat PIZZA, ICE CREAM and CANDY all day...just STAY UNDER THE LIMIT.

If you SCREW UP ONE DAY....so what? Just start up the next day.

This technique...is the REVERSE of what EVERYONE DOES to GAIN WEIGHT. They EAT too many calories...the calories are converted from sugar to FAT and the FAT is STORED. It is how the body works.

The government said..."DON'T EAT FATS!!!"...actually the fats suppress hunger and take a long time to metabolize...and the manufacturers ADDED SUGAR to compensate. SUGAR is what gets converted INTO FAT the EASIEST!!!

Weight loss is 80% about what we are eating, and only 20% about exercise. So going to the gym isn't going to cause you to lose excess weight. Change your diet.

Going to the gym tones and strengthens your muscles, and makes you stronger. It doesn't do much to "burn calories", contrary to popular belief. An increase in physical activity can help regulate your appetite, however.

So your best bet for relatively easy and painless weight loss is to add a little more activity such as walking more, taking the stairs, and so forth. When you don't feel like eating as much as you used to, pay attention to your reduced appetite. Stick with the foods you know are good for you, and let the sugary junk foods be the first to drop.

You lose weight by burning more calories than you consume. The easiest way is to reduce caloric intake AND increase exercise.

Sorry, I am struggling with the wording of your question.  The way it is phrased, you are asking us how you can stop losing weight.  Is that your intent?  If so, eat at least as many calories as you burn in a day.
