My Beardy is lethargic but still eats a little. her skin and weight are fine. She doesn't poop much. Is she sick or going into brumation?

You should make sure food does not rot in her gut by giving her a source of heat. If the food starts to rot because of low temperature, then she will die. Many reptile pet owners do not understand that simple fact. That happened to me when I was younger. Good thing that reptiles do not have much of an appetite when temperatures are low, but do not take a chance and rely on your pet to figure out that she should not be eating because it is too cold for her to digest her food.
