No muscle breakdown is not in the top 20 causes of elevated liver enzymes. Muscle breakdown would elevate other enzymes but not the ALT  OR AST. How high is important as well as other history and exam, muscle breakdown is not asymptomatic either. Rhabdomyolysis is not picked up by LFTs, it’s a medical emergency and you are ill, muscle pain, brown urine, decrease in urine etc. so that is not the cause here.

Its possible since elevated liver enzymes are found in the bloodstream and in a blood test. This could mean the liver is damaged  or has been injured as well.A viral liver infection or another condition that may need addressing.

    Muscle break down **** Rahbdomyolysis.
