    Starting with  

    R(dq/dt) + q/C = v

    sRQ +Q(1/C) =V

    Q(sR +1/C) = V

    Q((sRC +1)/C) = V

    Z = Q/V = C/(sRC +1)

    since R  = 0.37 ohms  and C = 0.025F

    Z = a/(1 +bs)   where a = C = 0.025F  

     and b = RC = 9.25 x 10^(-3) = 0.00925 seconds
