It's a mortal sin. Like spanking your basset hound puppy.

It's only a sin in the eyes of the legal system in many places though one of those places is not here where I live in the high valleys currently😊

Jesus liked red wine so he liked weed.

With the Bible it comes down to personal interpretation. Some people will cherry pick certain passages and say "Yes" and others will cherry pick other passages and so "No."  And, sometimes, the same passage is used to argue both sides of the same argument. Remember that the Bible was written 1000s of years ago by people from a different culture, in different languages, translated and retranslated, edited and re-edited, interpreted and reinterpreted. This is why we have 1000s of different denominations all claiming THEY hold the key to interpreting the Bible.

For this reason, we should not use the Bible as a guide to any sort of legal, moral, or ethical question.

According to the Bible, marijuana edibles are better than smoking marijuana. Smoking is wrong, according to the Bible.

Cannibis is never mentioned on the Bible. Jesus liked red wine, though.

It's in there, but I forgot where, although, I recall it being mentioned because it says something like 'do not smoke too much of the flaks'

The Bible says nothing about smoking weed.

It is in the same category as drunkenness.
