Why can't you file down moles?

you can file down warts and corns, but why not moles? Is it dangerous?

    because they are far different in structure and tissue. Corns warts etc are more like a callous thick dead epithelial layer, a mole is NOT.  A mole is a vascular, "living" tissue that will not ne erradiacted that way and will come back and may ne worse.

    The blood flow is nearer the surface of a mole, its going to bleed.

    The mole usually is filled with bodily tissue and blood capillaries. This is why it has to be treated with antiseptics, carefully, in a doctor's office or hospital.
