It is just a pimple.  Pop it and rub hand sanitizer into it.

  I agree,  sometimes a sterilized needle helps burst it also.  Use antibiotic on it afterward.

Pimple. Get a pin or needle and puncture the top of it sideways and gently squeeze the pus out.
