Does holding your wee in mean your body absorbs more of the nutrients?

    Anything valuable has already been reabsorbed in the kidneys and any metabolic waste that has been filtered out is excreted as urine.  Urine does contain ammonia, which is a waste product for humans, but a vital nutrient to plants.

    You shouldn’t have too many nutrients in your wee unless you’re proteinuric.

    No....your body has taken all the nutrients and water it wants before the urine gets to your bladder.

    There is waste matter not good for humans. There are nutrients which are useful to plants but no humans.
