are all toilet seats in the United States warmed up to your body standards by you touching it and it completely relaxes you or is it just me?

I would not think so my friend, I normally let my wife sit on our toilet to get the seat warm for me lol.

Yes, your body heat warms up the seat. BUT, there are heated toilet seats.

I'd never want to sit on a public toilet and realize it's nice and warm. I try to avoid public toilets. 

This layout has me jumbled up.. The first time I tried to answer this, I posted it as a question instead ._.

It's just you. Toilets (or any object, for that matter) will become warmer when a warm object touches it. There's nothing relaxing about sitting down on a cold toilet seat and waiting for it to warm up, though.
