Is there a question on the fafsa that says if you are interested in loans or not? Because I’m not interested in loans.?

No. The FAFSA simply determines your eligibility for aid. Your school is required to offer you whatever aid you qualify for, including loans. It is up to you to decide whether you want to accept what is offered. If you are offered loans and you don't want them, simply decline them.

We paid cash one semester for my son and we still were required to fill out the FAFSA form.
You can turn down any student loan.
