depending on were you live and what the local laws and law enforcers are like there.

The police might think you have an open container on the street. I think it would be a bad idea if you want them to leave you alone also they may think you just mixed your wine with grape juice.

If you’re using a wine bottle to hold grape juice, you’re setting yourself up for interruption by authorities because it’s so obvious you’re likely drinking alcohol on the street.

If it's grape juice it isn't a bottle of wine. It's a wine bottle with grape juice in it.

You can, but if you mean "grape juice in a wine bottle", you're asking for trouble.

Sure you can.
But if you’re doing that where local laws forbid people from being in public with open containers of alcohol then any law enforcement official would have justifiable good cause to stop you to investigate what was actually in the bottle.
As grape juice looks like wine and can smell like wine, you’d probably be given the choice of tipping it down the drain or possibly facing arrest so that officials could verify the bottle contents.
If you go out doing something deliberately foolish to attract trouble, don’t be surprised if you find what you’re after.

That's impossible - if it's got “grape juice inside” then it's not a bottle of wine.
You'd be allowed “to walk” with a bottle containing grape juice, wine or a mixture of the two, although there might be some specific places that wouldn't all it.
For a better answer you need to be more specific.
