Just bought a new computer thru Enermax. Model number ECA3511A-BB. Can't get a signal from tower to moniter. Can anyone help?

You gave the case model number. Here is what I found on Google search:
Shows the size of case, what boards it accepts, bays for drives, etc.
BUT THERE IS NOTHING INSIDE IT THAT DOES COMPUTER OPERATION. IT IS JUST A METAL SHELL.
No wonder that when you hook that to a monitor you get no signal. You have to buy a whole computer, case AND the inside works, in order to have a working machine.Source(s): Using computers since 1962. Building and repairing pc boxes for decades.

If the computer has a separate graphics card make sure you are plugging the monitor into the correct port and not the motherboard port.
If no better contact the manufacturer for the support that you paid for

the most common problem is that the monitor is looking for signal on the wrong input. they're plenty dumb ... have to be told explicitly which input to check ... uses the buttons usually found on bottom of lower right
