Is Anyone As Successful As This Actress, Anna Kendrick?

I don't get it. She's been in every movie, she's a millionaire, can sing dance and act, knows tons of celebrities and goes to parties, goes to New York Fashion Week, and even has published a book.

How could you possibly get a more successful or glamorous life than that?

If it's any comfort, I've actually never heard of her.

She's only getting roles because she's still young and pretty. Have no doubts, someday that will change.

    update: She's 34 years old, that's not almost 40.

She's almost 40...don't see her getting "old" anytime soon, and even if she did, she could easily afford surgery to keep her youth.

Being a successful actor has nothing to do with knowing celebrities, going to parties or a fashion thing.

Yes, she's made a lot of money.  She's been in several movies but none of them are great.

Real actors aren't in the business for the 'glamour'.  They do it because they love to act.  And many actors would actually hate to have a 'glamorous' lifestyle and much prefer to keep out of the limelight as much as possible.

She hasn't been in "every movie" she's been in several "teen interest movies"  she obviously has some innate talent and has trained to get to where she is.

And going to parties, attending fashion week, knowing celebrities is not necessarily "glamorous."  Film work is grueling, tiring and boring.

Even with all that you have no way of knowing what is going on in her personal life.  Fame is not the goal of most actors, and the rounds of publicity work they must do every time they are in a film is not fun.
