Can I go to college debt free if I don't accept the loans on the fafsa?

If you have enough of your own money, a full scholarship, or the G I Bill.

you might be able to, i went to a community college for 2 yrs and all on grants,

There's no way anyone here can answer that question.
We don't know what your costs are or what your aid is.
But if you don't take any loans, you'll be in much better shape, financially, then if you did take loans.
In most cases, it does not make financial sense to go into debt for a Bachelor's Degree.

For example Scholarships, Pell Grant, Tap, Loans are offered to you. You have to accept them in order to use them. When accepting, the college is informed. If not accepting, you have to find another way of paying for college. LOANS are the only ones you have to pay back. Everything else is free.
