Does fafsa give you the option to graduate Debt free? Like can I just get grants and scholarships and no loans?

that is very unlikely. FAFSA is an information gathering tool, not a funding source. Your college or university organizes the funding. if your fafsa score is 0 [zero], then debt free might be possible. Assuming it is not, you need to remember that the goal of the financial aid office is to extract the maximum amount possible from the student and his parents

Maybe if you and your family are poor enough. You don't have to accept loans, but if your grants and scholarships aren't enough, the money has to come from somewhere.

You can decline loans and only accept a Pell Grant and student work study.  But that alone may not cover the full cost of your education.
