Has Tim Horton's in Canada been going downhill?

Particularly in Vancouver and BC all over; the staff seem confused and many can't speak English, and the customers are quite angry, profane and even violent at times. Getting the orders wrong there (and some arguments) is common. The food isn't even that good anymore.

God knows what it's like in Toronto.....

Other franchises serving similar fare are a better choice.

I hope not. I attended university in BC (Abbotsford) in the early 2000s and loved Tim Hortons. I always have to go get some timbits whenever I get close to the border visiting family in nearby Bellingham, Washington.
