Will washer machine still work with low water pressure?

I forgot they are working on water and we have really low water pressure. If I put water in washing machine will it over flow?

Washer will work like normal.  It just takes longer to fill.

It should still work OK with low water pressure. It will just take longer to fill and rinse.

No the machine measures the level of water in it, and if pressure mattered, wouldn't low water pressure lead to an under filled machine.

You can fill buckets with water and pour it into your washer. it will be fine as long as you don't overflow the basket yourself. Just be sensible about how much water you put into it, like leave at least 6 inches from the top of the basket. Set your washer load size to the largest setting if you intend to fill it so full. Oh, yes, and you'll need to fill it by hand again when it gets to the rinse cycle.
