Milian? I'd put it right up with Millicent and Mildred. Blecch. There are so many other names that you could use if you want the nickname Millie.

    Milania

    Milana

    Mila

    Milena

    Melissa

    Emilia

    Emily

Milian sound s ok to me. It's similar to .Gilian and Lilian . I have an Aunt called Millicent, Millie for short which is probably why I like that name.

Depends on how you plan on pronouncing it

    Mill-yan - absolutely not

Mill-lay-ann - is much better and she could use Millie as a nickname

It's more of a last name than a first name.

It's awful.  Is it pronounced 'Million'?

It's not an attractive sounding name and is likely to cause confusion or ridicule.

It looks like a misspelling of the male name Milan.
