If you lose weight and lose your period, could you still get pregnant? ?

Yes. A woman is a child bearing age even before her menarche (first menstrual period) and even in the "post-menopause" time of having periods less than once a year. If you're of childbearing age and don't wish to become pregnant, that don't take the risk of having sex without using some sort of pregnancy prevention.

You never know when your period might make an appearance again - and you would ovulate two weeks BEFORE that happens.
So while it isn't a good time to try to conceive, you also can't rely on the continued absence of your period as birth control.

Maybe - because the period MIGHT just be very IRREGULAR and that means a RANDOM ovulation could happen which could result in pregnancy if sex happens at the right time.
You should NEVER think that you can't get pregnant unless you have done something that truly creates a permanent prevention. Dropping weight to the point of losing the period is not a permanent guarantee.

If you don't ovulate you don't get pregnant but if you're losing so much weight that your period stops then you should see a doctor.
