Having sleep problems. What could it be?

For the last couple weeks, I've been able to go to bed at about 10pm and fall asleep fairly quickly. I'd sleep deeply and dream, but then I'd wake up at about 2-3pm and I'd never be able to fall back to sleep. By 7pm (the time I need to wake up), I'd be tired and miserble.

Any ideas what might be causing me to wake up so early and not be able to fall back to sleep? Thanks!

Sorry, a couple typos. I meant to type 2-3am and 7 am. Thanks.

    You have insomnia ,  you need to see your doctor

    go to bed at 2:30am
