I was wanting to know about wives submitting to their husbands ? ?

It talks about wife's submission to there husband's in the Bible a few times what exactly do they mean. That mean you have to be like a slave to them do whatever they say when they say how they say no questions asked no matter what it is.

     Ephesians 5:28,29 says,

"In the same way husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. A man who loves his wife loves himself, for no man ever hated his own body, but he feeds and cherishes it, just as the Christ does the congregation,".

so it will still be difficult sometimes but, according to the Bible, a woman being treated  as a lesser human  or an abject  slave would not reflect the Bibles viewpoint, notice the next scripture,

    1 Peter 3:7 it says

You husbands, in the same way, continue dwelling with them according to knowledge. Assign them honor as to a weaker vessel, the feminine one, since they are also heirs with you of the undeserved favor of life, in order for your prayers not to be hindered.

this helps us to appreciate that although many time's the husband or male might be physically stronger, it would not give him the authority from God to mistreat her or demean her.  In fact it says he should honor her, and see to it that she is honored in the home, and treated the way that Jesus himself treated the church of his father , meaning with honor dignity and respect of her beautiful make up. and if a man refuses to do that, his prayers to God will be hindered!  so how do you think the Author of the  Bible feels about headship now?  There is much, much more. Below is a website that can help you with many of life's big questions regarding the Bible, and  marriage etc.   i hope it helps answer your questions

Biblical interpretation varies so much by sect that there is no one answer to this. Lutherans believe different things from Baptists, etc. So go talk to your member of clergy to find out what your particular sect of Christianity says about this.

so if your husband ALWAYS puts you first - then there might be a way to do this

if your husband is selfish - like a lot of men - then this would not work out so well

it means if your husband must travel for work - you go with him

does it mean if he tells you to have a 3some you should do it? no

I suggest you read further, it also says that a man should treat his wife as he does himself, to honor her, and therefore to honor himself.

"That mean" you can barely write in English. That mean you don't know the difference between they're, there and their.

That means the Bible is not believed to be what was originally written.

the time the Bible was written is when women did not have rights and did where treated like property. Now a days it is obviously different in most culture were men and women have equal rights

No. There are plenty of websites dedicated to this question.

And beware interpreting a text that has been translated through several languages where meanings may be lost in those translations.

It's that the male was expected to be the leader/decision-maker in the family. While the wife was expected to have an opinion that needed to be taken into account, the primary decisions were up to the man of the house. So, not a slave, but a helpmate and supporter.
