The choke is designed to heat the engine quickly, then the choke opens up.

You dont have enough gas or air to run the car it needs more gas or air u might be missing air through a vacume keak or clogged fuel filter

Could be many things. Instead of guessing, pull the OBD2 codes and see what's reall going on. Also, you can check the battery, you can check that all the spark leads are tight. You can do lots and lots and lots of things hands on, that we can never do from behind the keyboard.

Assuming you have a modern, computer controlled engine, when you first start the car it runs in 'open loop' which means pre-programmed settings without sensor feedback to adjust fuel delivery. Once the O2 sensors get warmed up the computer starts adjusting the fuel trims and things settle down. Something is throwing off the open loop conditions the computer expects.

No one can tell you unless you provide, year, make, model, and engine size.
