What’s the best medicine for cramps?
Advil isn’t working that well. A hot bath only helps a little bit. I have cvs health ibuprofen at home yet haven’t taken it as the Advil seemed stronger.

Hot bath is good.
Take 1 and a half tablespoon of coffee powder and mix in a mug of boiled water. Break a raw egg into the coffee and stir well. Add sugar if need and have it. It will soothe cramps even before they think of hitting you. Another remedy is herbal tea. I use an organic one (secretsofTea has a dedicated tea for PMS) i got down from amazon.
On day one of your cycle, have the coffee with egg and then drink pms tea before bed and in the mornings. Will do you super good. 🤗

Raspberry leaf tea reduces symptoms of pms. There is a soup that is known to Chinese women that in fact helps with this problem as well ! https://rootandspring.com/products/chinese-herbal-...

Try getting up and doing some gentle exercise, Fiona. That always used to help me when I had period cramps. I found that walking was particularly good at relieving them.
