is it possible to have a landline and cell phone with the same number?

Nope. Area codes would differ.

No, but you can forward calls from the land-line to the cellphone or cell phone to the land-line. Or you can use one of the many services that can route your calls to any number you like. The one that comes to mind, Google voice. You give it the Google voice number, and as far as anyone knows that is your home or cellphone number.
You can even setup groups, that will get passed through to your cell phone, others that go straight to your voice mail. With others that allow you to screen the call before answering or sending to vm.

Yes, but you would have to have it routed through a service like Google Voice to manage which phone it rings. Otherwise they do make the traditional cordless phone sets for your home that will ring with your cell phone by using bluetooth assuming that's all you want to accomplish.

Yes because they're concepts of phone's ig you could say. Like imagine if you tried to call someone's cell phone and it rang along with the phone in their house.nogood
