I'm worried about sugar intake?
I had a meal replacement shake with a few grams of sugar (no more then 12grams)
and I had a small expresso coffee from kroger (Peet's vanilla coffee) and it had 16grams.(Next time I'll just get a plain verison). I'm 16 (5"6 and 182lbs) and I've heard teens aren't supposed to go over 35grams a day (or about 6 teaspoons). I'm trying to lose weight, and I don't know how it will effect me if I overconsume a few grams of sugar by accident on some days.
I know this was a stupid question, I just worried to much

You are quite heavy for a person your height. I'm the same height and weigh far less.

I forgot to mention
I'm usually fairly active and get in about 11k steps a day
I rarely drink sweeted drinks/eat junk food.
