I am going gym lifting weights im getting big but I look fat
How can i lose it? HIIT workouts and bodu weights exercises

Diet is 80% of weight management. To lose fat you must eat fewer calories than your body needs. A simple thing to do is use an online BMR calculator to determine the base number of calories you need at your GOAL weight. Then eat that many calories. Focus on fresh veggies, lean protein, and small amounts of healthy fats. Cut out or way back on fast food, junk food, sweets, highly processed foods, fruit juice, alcohol, and soft drinks.
If you are working out at a gym, mix it up. Get in 30 minutes of aerobics (spin, elliptical, tread mill, stepper, Zumba, or whatever). You can simply decrease the weight in our weightlifting if you don't want to get any bigger muscles.
Understand that muscle is muscle and fat is fat. They don't turn into one another. If you have extra fat on your body, you have to lose it by burning fat through creating a calorie deficit every day.
