Can you wear running shoe for walking?

    Sure, although it's not as good of an idea to wear a walking shoe for running.

    If you prefer not to run, why not just get a good pair of walking shoes? However, if you already have running shoes, you may certainly wear them for walking.

    Although you  might be more comfortable and save money if you reserved running shoes for running, and used walking shoes for walking.

    Some young people think running shoes are  more stylish and use them for walking.

    Having said that, I once had a problem with a certain pair of running shoes. They would work well when I started a run. But, after several miles, one of them would start to pinch. I got new running shoes, and used the other pair for walking.
