why does my gel pen ink run out fast?

    Can depend on the surface you are drawing on(rough) and the amount of pressure you are placing on the pen.Allowing more ink to flow than necessary.

    Gel ink is thicker than normal ink. Pens just don't hold enough of it, compared to other pens.

    Because you use it, but if you didn't use it the ink will dry out and stick the ball to the reservoir.

    It flows faster and thicker than a normal biro.
