Is it possible to flunk out of community college ?

    Of course it is. It is possible to flunk out of any school if the student's gpa does not meet the standard set by the school. Reasons for this are generally grades of D's and, of course, F's, that are not offset with enough A's to make the grade. Other reasons can be withdrawing from a course, or courses, after the grace period, which will result in an 'F' instead of a 'W'--or, an excessive amount of cuts, over the allowable limit, regardless of the student's grades.

    Yes, it is possible. You are supposed to have enough intelligence to realize you should stop enrolling, or the college will not allow you to pre-enroll or take a particular course again.

    Yes.

    It's quite common. But easily avoidable because you can just withdraw if it becomes obvious that you won't pass.
