how do I make a question on yahoo?

 I cant seem to figure out how to do it it dosent work

    I am still trying to figure out how to answer a question on here

    Click Ask and type your question.

    Click Submit and your question is now open to responses from the Yahoo Answers community.

    Once your question has been posted for at least an hour and has at least one answer, you can select the one you like most for the Best Answer Award.

      Once your question has been posted for at least 1 hour and has at least one answer, click on 'Award Best Answer' button next to your chosen answer.

    Press the "+" button that's next to the search button and ask away, if on mobile. If on desktop, somewhere on the screen it should say "Ask question" or something
