Is Houston the capital of Mexico ?

Them Mexicans are EVERYWHERE in that city. Have to know Spanish to get a job etc

    There are people of Mexican heritage who have lived there longer than most any Caucasian people. I'll bet that many of them are bilingual and you seem to think that learning a language is some sort of devil worship.

    Please read up on the history of Texas and the Alamo. That area WAS Mexico until the US took it over. Those Spanish speakers were there before English speakers were.
