Could Jesus have been a Prophet sent by Allah as the Quran and Muslims claim?

The Muslims' claims are not best evidence and are hopelessly "twisted", since despite what Muslims prefer to assert as truth, there were no Muslims in existence on earth, during the time of Christ, and the Quran is (rather poorly) derived from Old Testament, biblical accounts. The people who actually knew Jesus (and who established his Church, throughout the known world of that time, knew and taught that Jesus is indeed a prophet, as well as our heavenly high priest, our brother, our savior and our God.

So the high priest stood up before them and questioned Jesus,

“Have You no answer? What are these men testifying against You?”

But Jesus remained silent and made no reply. Again the high priest questioned Him, “Are You the Christ, the Son of the Blessed One?”

“I am,” said Jesus, “and you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of Power and coming with the clouds of heaven.”…

No. The Quran rejects that Jesus is God. Muhammad had no understanding of the Trinity.

Jesus is indeed a Prophet, but that is not all He is. He is Prophet, Priest and King. He is God.

Jehovah God's Name in Arabic is Yahwa Allah-Psalms 83:18; John 17:3. He is the One who sent His Son Jesus to earth and who made His Son Jesus to become a prophet of the Kingdom msg-Matt 24:14;John 3:16 jw.org

    No.

Jesus is the Son of God. The Muslim god can't have a son.

The Muslim god must have a low sperm count.

If that was the case, allah would have said his name from the beginning. Jews and Christians would have called him allah too.
