Could someone please help me find out what I have on my finger?

The skin around my finger wall is mostly dead like the type of skin you usually have on the edge of your fingers, I’ve cut it off significantly with a scalpel but I’ve never cut it all off since there are parts connected to living tissue, cutting it off never hurts up until I reach the red part underneath it all. It always grows back no matter how much I get rid of it.

This is actually a highly desirable delicacy of the mushroom family. Let it grow and keep all the trimmings in a jar. This makes a fantastic soup stock.

    It’s a nail. That’s what’s on your finger.

Ellen is right- It's warts. Most of the OTC products have a less than ideal effect; I'd see a medical professional.

No, especially around nail beds. You can get clumps just like the picture. Very common.

Probably a wart. Try an OTC wart removal cream or see a doctor.
