Can you watch together with other people rented Youtube videos or is that against their rules?

    Yes you can, but as long as it's not in any public venue. All this is strictly for private home use only. In the event you wish to show it publicly, permission from the copyright owner is legally required. Copyright laws are always strictly enforced in this case.

    as long as itxs not a public venue where anyone can walk in. just a private showing with friends, etc.

    same rules as for DVDs you buy.

    Rented Youtube videos? I never knew such exists! Anywho, you paid for it so you should be able to watch it with whoever you want to.
