10th amendment question since the US government's authority has been invalidated?

Since the US government (in collusion with the several states) has actively violated the constitution in a continuous state, failed to uphold the liberties of the citizens, and shows no sign of returning to a lawful state, is a citizen allowed to invoke the 10th amendment and reclaim their 2nd amendment right to start summary executions of all Traitors?

There is no Second Amendment right to execute anyone. The Second Amendment only talks about having and regulated guns -- not about killing anyone with them.

No. Your rights end when your actions interfere with the rights of others.
