So far, it's been Donovan McNabb. Carson Wentz, however, if he lives up to his billing will pass him eventually.

Sonny Jurgensen only played three full seasons with them, he is best known as a Redskin.

Nick Foles was MVP in the Super Bowl and he came close to getting the Eagles back into the Super Bowl the following season, after Carson Wentz flopped. I would therefore say Nick Foles.

Wentz didn't flop. He got injured. And had he not been injured, he likely would have been NFL MVP. Foles had a Super Bowl caliber team delivered to him. He took advantage of it, but Wentz was, and still is, a superior quarterback.

Actually, Carson Wentz outplayed Tom Brady the year the Eagles won the Super Bowl. Had he not been injured the last three games, Nick Foles never would have had a chance to even play in the Super Bowl, led alone earn MVP.
