If I take the vision test and fail because of a cataract problem, can I still drive until I have cataract surgery ?

It depends what the “test” was for. If it was meant to test whether or not you could see well enough to drive and you failed then no, you can't legally drive.

Glasses do not fix cataracts. Surgery does. Don’t wait. I have done both eyes and it is amazing.

No you can't drive if you fail. But, you can wear corrective glasses while taking the test. If you still fail, you can request a new exam after your surgery
