    No need to make a word, that word already exists - 'biographer'.

    The word for such a person is biographer.

    A person who writes the story of a real person's life is a biographer, and the book is called a biography.

    If you write the story of your own life, you have written an autobiography.

    Note the three common and important Greek roots in that word:

    auto = self

    bio = life

    graph = writing

    please learn how to use quotation-marks:

    Make a word that means "a person who writes a story of someone else's life".

    Technically, you are not asking a question. Also, there's no need to make a new word, because one already exists. Someone who writes the story of someone else's life would be that person's *biographer*

    I suspect that you're referring to when someone claims to have written their own life story but they actually hired a professional author to write it for them. That person is called a ghost writer and is said to have ghosted the book for the supposed author.
