Why is the Marxist theory in international relations problematic when looking at the Iraq war?

    Because the Sunni Ba'ath Party was the minority versus the Shi'a majority in the country.  Marxist theory presupposes that the minority ideology is the subverted one and the majority ideology is the dominant one.

    Although Bobo and Joseph aren't wrong either.

    Any Marxist theory revolves around a thought process that uses emotion rather than objective reasoning.
