I got the SAT test and I'm taking it for the first time. What are some strategies/ things to do the night before?

I'm so nervous, please help me out!

Go out and do something fun and relaxing. Obviously you don't want to stay out too late, but go see a movie, which is what my friends and I did the night before our PSATs and then the SATs. It should be something light and, preferably, funny.

The day before, get some vigorous exercise, which helps decrease anxiety.

Get a good night's sleep, and eat a healthy breakfast on the day you actually take the test.

    Good luck!

There are ghostwriters who you can hire.

if you don't know the answer within seconds, go on to the next question. if you're down to two possible answers, guess. otherwise, skip that question entirely.

Go to bed early and rest well. Do the easy questions first/

Get good sleep. If you’re sleepy, you’re not going to think straight.

If you don’t know your material by now, you’re not going to know it overnight.
