Does watching movies help social anxiety?

    I guess it depends on the person. My parents get mad at me for watching TV a lot, at the same time, whenever I have any kind of "breakdown" (I have severe depression), my mom knows just watching something on television that in no way requires thinking about your real life makes me relax too.

    Nope, CBT and graded exposure  help social anxiety.
