What strength beer, if you mean the usual 4-5% then that would be more than the recommended amount for men and women but also your size is factored into how dangerous it is. It would take many years of that to do any damage and may not do any damage at all, only the trouble with regular over drinking is that you will start to require more to get the same effect and then you can end up having dangerous amounts daily when you started with the four bottles.

    Yes.

You're supposed to have at-least 2,preferably 3 totally alcohol free days per week to let your brain, liver & other organs function without it's presence

Yes, it's “bad” for your health. How bad is it for your liver? Worse then drinking 3 bottles, or 2 or 1 or none, but not as bad as drinking 5 bottles (or more).

The key is to drink plenty of water while drinking. Most damage happened because of dehydrated while drinking.

Depends on the size of the bottle and the % of alcohol, but that's about 4 standard drinks, equivilent to around half a bottle of wine. It would probably be better for your liver if you stopped, but its not more than a normal, healthy body is able to handle.
