Usually it has a bracket that fits the tubing on the frame or handlebars. If no bracket, then sometimes a rubber strap and holding peg.
If there's no strap, or bracket, you can use cable ties. Cable ties are a cyclists friend.

There is no universal method. Each bicycle light will come with its own bracket, which usually mounts to a handlebar or seat post. White lights are headlights, red or amber are taillights. If you found a light somewhere and it doesn't include a bracket, you may as well throw it away or be content using it as a flashlight.

Any quality bike light will come with brackets to fix it to the handlebars (front lights) or to the seatpost or similar (rear lights). Just open the pack and read the instructions.

WHICH LIGHT? From which bike light manufacturer? Instructions come in the box. But usually, it's so easy, a caveman could figure it out.

To install LED lights on your motorcycle, start by attaching velcro to the back of some LED strips and fixing them to your motorcycle. Once the lights are in place, pull the wires towards the battery and connect the switch to the battery's positive terminal with a solder ring.
