are white americans son of english people?

I am talking aboutwhite americans, yes there are germans, irish, spaniards ecc ecc too.

I am talking about people of 13 colonies and first generaton of white americans.

question number 2) are surnames of non english origins anglicized in Usa?

    Not entirely, but the majority were of English descent.

    Many of the original colonies were founded by England, but not all of them. New York and New Jersey were were originally Dutch colonies. Delaware was founded by Swedes.

    Some surnames are anglicized, some not.

    To answer question number 2: as a Dutchman with the surname Groenendijk (very common in The Netherlands), when I visited the US, to my surprise a truck passed me by carrying the company name "Groendyke Transport". So yes, non English surnames can indeed be anglicized as I have found out first hand. But I imagine they don't always have to be.
