I have completed level 2 in an introduction to early years ?

I have completed the level 2 in an introduction to early years I’m not sure what to do with my life I’m 21 years old I don’t know if I should work in a nursery or do apprenticeship level 3 which will take me about 15 months and I’ve already wasted my time before by doing unnecessary courses before I did the early years level 2 course I can also go abroad 6 months later which means I don’t think I’ll be able to do the apprenticeship, can anybody please help me or at least give me some advice.

Do apprenticeship level 3 - it is more hands on than doing level 3 in a classroom. The practical side is recognised world wide.

I’m not really sure if I can  do it though I would be wasting my time if I go abroad 6 months later.
