How to get a 13:50 2 mile time in Middle School XCountry?
So, it’s my last Cross Country meet ever tomorrow. I’m a good runner, but not like top tier or anything. Anyway, I’m trying to meddle at this huge meet. Top 50 finishers. I looked at last year’s race and the 50th person got a 13:50. After taking away all last year’s eighth graders, the 50th person got a 14:16 . I had my appendix removed but I’m nearly back to where I was. But, my last race I ran a 14:31. Can you give me tips on dropping that down like 30 seconds?? (14:31 is not my PR btw) Sorry if this was hard to understand
