If someone says 'You have such fair skin'. In that context, what does 'such' mean?

    In that context, "such" means a person's complexion is unusually light. Think of a pale-skinned kid who always turns red as a lobster at the beach even with sunblock on, or a very white-skinned albino person, or a redheaded Irish girl, or blondes from northern European countries and (oddly enough) northern Italy, to give you a mental picture.
