If I was to buy a scratch off lottery ticket under 18 then when I turn 18 could I cash it? ?

No. They will know when you bought it. Since you were under 18, that is against the rules and illegal. So they won't give you your winnings.

No. It is actually illegal for anyone under 18 to buy a lottery ticket, so they won't pay if you win.

If you're about to turn the legal age of purchasing lottery tickets where you reside, yes.
But keep in mind that lottery tickets do expire and prizes cannot be claimed after expiration. Where I live, it's one year but some regions have shorter windows.

Just get an adult to do it

If we are talking about a matter of weeks, then yes. Easily.
The lottery doesn't know exactly when you bought it.
But if it's a year after they stopped making those tickets, they might have a problem with it.
