    115 miles divided by 5 = 23. 8 cents per mile x 23 = $1.84.

It is twenty tree times 8 cents or 23x8cents= 184 cents or a dollar eighty four.

Your "car" question is really a math problem and should therefore be asked in the homework help section, not the Cars & Transportation section.

    115 miles divided by 5 miles times 8 cents = ????

This is Grade 3 math for 8 year old students. You have to be at least age 13 to participate here. These facts and your inability to do simple math do not bode well for you in life, so I hope your physical attributes can overcome your intellectual limitations. Good luck.

    23X 8 = 184 cents

    184 cents /100 = $1.84
