Is cycling a good way to burn body fat?

    Yes it is. Jogging puts a lot of strain on your knees and ankles whereas cycling is just as good but does not risk long term joint damage as much as your weight does not come crashing down on your joints with each step. A doctor told a friend of mine who had a knee operation to get on a bike as it is one of the best exercises you can get. Do you ever see a serious bike rider who is fat. They all look so healthy.
